Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) invites you to connect with horses as intuitive and wise guides on your journey of healing. These majestic animals have a remarkable ability to sense our emotional state, identify areas in our bodies where we may be holding stress or trauma, and offer reflections that can lead to meaningful personal insights. Their non-judgmental presence creates a safe environment to explore your feelings, build self-awareness, and regulate your nervous system. At Peace Horse Collective, we embrace this beautiful bond between humans and horses to nurture healing and personal growth.

With hearts 5-10 times larger than humans and 35 million years of evolutionary wisdom, horses can intuit emotions and sense subtle cues that we often miss. This sensitivity allows them to help us see our blind spots and recongnize where we need support.
Their non-judgmental presence offers a safe space where we can honestly express our feelings. They don’t see emotions as good or bad. They see them as information and energy that needs to flow. They only ask us to be authentic with who we are in that moment.
I believe true healing happens through relationship—with others and the natural world. Horses help us reconnect with the web of life, helping us feel supported and seen.
In this work, we slow down to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and hearts. Guided by horses, we return to our innate state of embodied and authentic presence.
